I was asked to paint some deer that could be used in multiple applications. I had many photos of my woodland friends from walking the trails in beautiful Bucks County, Pa. While this video isn't really instructional, I wanted to show you the good and the not so good issues I had while painting. I don't usually put a background on my paintings because I usually scan them into my computer and it makes it easier to "cut" out the image and use it in multiple places. Watercolor is fun, I love the look but some days it doesn't go as well as others - as in this video. I love the deer I painted, they may not be perfect but I think I captured the sweet nature of them. Happy Painting!!
